I believe that an artist should be talented in creating many kind of things; an art work should have some kind of visual power, surrealistic shock, and a sense of humor.

PUBLICATIONS BOOKS and PERIODICALS 1998.10 About the Chinese edition book "American Ceramic Artists Today" Total fifty artists included. Approximately 80,000 Chinese characters with a hundred color pictures. The preface "Contemporary American Ceramics 1954-1996" was written by Art historian and writer Elaine Levin, the preface "An Overview of the Influences of Mainstream Art on Contemporary Clay" was written by Professor Stan Welsh, and the book was published by People's Fine Art Publishing House, Beijing, China, 1998.
